We would like to inform you that:
Card holders, defined below as “you”, are obliged to read the rest of these terms and conditions carefully to prevent misunderstandings in the future, and as your reference when using the TADA360 card. Errors and omissions by cardholders in reading these terms and conditions will not be regarded as a fault, liability, and/or our responsibilities.
TADA360 Use Agreement ( 'Agreement') describes the terms and conditions of use TADA360 issued to you by PT. Action Prima Pratama, Jakarta, Indonesia ( 'Issuer'). 'TADA360' means the card TADA360; both digital and physical form. By accepting and using TADA 360, you are willing to be bound by the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement. 'You' means a person or group of people who have received TADA 360 and has the authority to use TADA360 under the conditions as set forth in this Agreement. 'We' means the Issuer, the successor Publisher, Publisher affiliates, or any person appointed to represent Publishers. 'Company' means the party providing TADA360 to you. 'Parties' means you, we, and the Company jointly. 'Value' means the amount of maximum usage per TADA360 where the amount contained in TADA360 is not money or electronic money or the amount used as a credit transaction settlement. The Parties agree that the value contained in TADA360 is limited by the amount that has been put in TADA360. The period of expiry can be seen by going to the site redeem.usetada.com or by contacting Contact Center at 1500340. Expiration period of TADA360 is determined by the company and not by us. TADA360 is a card that will be paid per use (pay per usage). TADA360 is not a credit card. TADA360 is not for resale. TADA360 remains the property of the publisher and must be returned to the issuer if requested. TADA360 cannot be transferred to anyone. TADA360 is irrevocable and cannot be withdrawn at any time without prior notice in accordance with applicable law. TADA360 is not intended for business purposes, and we reserve the right to disable TADA360 when we know that the TADA360 is used for business purposes. It is our right to refuse to process any transaction which we believe to be in violation of the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement. Our working days are Monday through Sunday; including national holidays. Everything that refers to the 'day' in this Agreement means a calendar day, unless otherwise indicated. Write the number of TADA360 and the Contact Center number listed in the Agreement on a separate piece of paper, as a form of prevention if your TADA360 is lost, stolen, or damaged. Keep the paper in a safe place.
You need to enable TADA360 first before you can use it. You can activate the TADA360 by visiting the site redeem.usetada.com. You will be required to notify your phone number to complete the activation process of TADA360.
You will not receive a Personal Identification Number ( PIN) on TADA360. However, you will get a PIN via SMS after you activate TADA360 in redeem.usetada.com. You should not write or keep your PIN in conjunction with TADA360 number. Never share your PIN to others. You are obligated to be careful in using your PIN, you must make sure that the PIN cannot be seen by other people when you use it, and we strongly recommend that you do not enter a PIN into any terminal or device is modified or look suspicious. If you feel that someone has gained access to the PIN you have no authority, you must immediately notify us.
You are responsible for any unauthorized transactions and expenses related to the use of TADA360. If you allow others to have access to TADA360 or TADA360 number, then we assume that you have given permission for it and therefore you are responsible for any transactions and expenses related to the use of TADA360 of the other person. You remain solely responsible for the use of any TADA360 in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
TADA360 can be used online, offline, and via mobile apps. To use it online, you can visit the site redeem.usetada.com or other sites listed on your TADA360. To use them offline, if your TADA360 is in digital form, then you need to download our mobile app first. Follow the instructions to save the TADA360 on mobile apps and take it to our business partners. To use them offline, when TADA 360 physical shape, then you can immediately bring TADA 360 to our business partners. Further instructions are available on the website and mobile apps. Please note that by using redeem.usetada.com site and our mobile app, you agree and are bound by the terms and conditions set by PT. Aksi Visitama.
Some of our business partners do not allow you to perform the split payment, where you use the TADA360 to pay for part of the amount and other payment method to pay the rest. If you want to make split transaction and it is permitted by the place of business, you must inform the place of business we are to charge only the amount available on TADA360. Next you need to pay the remainder of the transaction by using another payment method. If you do not inform the place of business that you want to perform the splitting of transaction before TADA360 is used for transactions worth more than the value of the TADA360, then TADA360 may be rejected. If TADA360 is declined, although you still have considerable value, immediately contact the company that provides TADA360 to you. If you use the TADA360 without showing TADA360 (such as through electronic message, phone, or purchase via the Internet), then the legal effect will remain the same as you use TADA360 itself. For security reasons, we reserve the right to limit the number of transactions you can do with your TADA360. TADA360 cannot be exchanged for cash. You are forbidden to use the TADA360 for online gambling and/or acts in violation of applicable law in Indonesia. Every time you use the TADA360, then you give us the authority to reduce the amount of the TADA360 for the number of transactions you do plus the applicable fees. You are prohibited from dealing with a number that exceeds the number that exists in your TADA360; either through one or more transactions. However, if the transaction exceeds the amount of the TADA360, then you will still be obliged to pay the amount of transactions you do and costs arising from the transaction to us.
If you are using TADA360 to redeem the items online through redeem.usetada.com site or other sites listed on TADA360, then you are entitled to choose items that are available there. Please note that items that you exchange at redeem.usetada.com sites or other sites listed on TADA 360 has the terms and conditions set by the issuing party goods, such as: electronic voucher or e-voucher. For example, Zalora’s terms and conditions states that you cannot combine two or more of Zalora’s e-voucher for one transaction. You need to know the terms and conditions of the item you want to redeem before purchase. If you redeem items without knowing the terms and conditions set by the issuing party, you agree to release us from any claims, lawsuits, damages, and other forms of compensation due to losses that you may encounter.
Once you finish redemption and receive the goods, please immediately check the goods. If you have a complaint, immediately convey to us no later than 2 x 24 hours after you receive the goods. Further instructions and explanations are in our Return Policy..
If you want to replace TADA360 for any reason, please contact the company's contact center at 1500340 for replacement TADA360. You will be asked to provide personal information, including but not limited to TADA360 number, your full name, transaction history, a copy of your identity card, etc.
If you use the TADA360 for online transactions, then you will get a notification email from us as a confirmation that your transaction has been processed. If you use the TADA360 for offline transactions, then you will get a TADA360 receipt from where you made the transaction. You agree to save, verify, and reconcile your transactions and receipts you get, either in the form of email notification or receipt.
We will inform third parties regarding the TADA 360 and/or transaction you make: (1) If it is necessary to complete a transaction; (2) To verify the existence and condition of TADA360 to a third party, such as a place of business partner; (3) In order to meet the requirements of government agencies, court order or other legal reporting requirements or other administrative; (4) If you agree by giving a written permission to us; (5) To our employees, auditors, affiliates, service providers, or our attorney according to his needs; or (6) if necessary to meet the our obligations in accordance with this Agreement.
If we do not complete a TADA360 transaction properly at the time or in the correct amount in accordance with the Agreement we are in with you, then we will be responsible for any loss or damage you suffer. However, there are some exceptions. We will not be responsible: (1) If it is not caused by our mistake, you do not have an adequate amount of value on TADA360 to perform a transaction; (2) If the place of our business partner refuse to accept the TADA360; (3) If an electronic terminal where you make transaction is not working properly and/or TADA360 is declined, and you have recognized this problem when you want to perform the transaction; (4) If TADA360 was disabled after you have reported TADA360 lost or stolen; (5) If we know that the transaction made is an unauthorized transaction; (6) If circumstances beyond our control (such as fire, flood, damage to computer systems or telecommunications) result in transactions not being able to be processed, although we have taken precautions; or (7) other exception stated in the Agreement we are with you.
Immediately contact us if you know your TADA360 has been lost or stolen. Communication via the telephone is the best way to minimize the loss you are experiencing. If you know that your TADA360 has been lost or stolen, call us at 1500340. We will disable TADA360 as soon as we receive a report or request from you. We will ask you to provide personal information so we can verify your identity. If you do not immediately reach us once you know TADA360 is lost or stolen, then we will not be responsible for any transactions made on your behalf when TADA360 is missing and we will not provide any form of compensation for this unauthorized transactions.
To give you the products and services you have requested in relation to the TADA360 or products or other services that are in your interest, to run TADA360, to determine your eligibility to use the product or our services, and to meet the requirements and needs of the law, we will collect certain types of personal information about you from the following sources: information obtained from the Company that gave you TADA360, information during the application process (such as your name, email address, and phone number), information of your transactions with us or others (such as the amount contained in TADA360), your spending and payment history and any dispute or claim requests, and information we get whenever you transact using TADA360 (such as address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth).
You aware, acknowledge, understand and accept that we have right to disclose information to every law, regulation, government, tax, law enforcement or government or related right’s owner. Should we have fair reason which can be trusted that the personal information disclosure is needed in any obligation, as requirement or regulation either voluntary or mandatory, as the impact of order, investigation and/or related party’s request. As long as it is permitted by prevailing law, in this case you agree that you will not claim us in any form regarding your personal information disclosure. We may also share your information with third party service providers who work with us or on our behalf to provide card services.
We permit access to nonpublic personal information about you only to those employees who we think need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards prevailing laws to guard nonpublic personal information about you.
We ensure that all information which has been gathered is stored safely. We keep your personal information with following system:
1. Limit the personal information’s access
2. Following security technology update to prevent illegal access to the computer
3. Safely dismissing your personal information when no longer used for law or business’s purpose
Should you believe that your privacy has been violated by us, please contact us through our address or phone number below.
Your PIN is your enter key to your account. Kindly use unique number and never share it to anyone. Should you share your PIN to anyone, you will fully responsible for all action and consequences taken on behalf of your account. Should you lose control of your PIN, you may be lose control of your personal information and other information which has been conveyed to us. You may also be burdened with an action subjected to law which is done on your behalf. Thus, should your password be wrongly used, please contact us and change your password. You are also reminded to log off from your account and close the browser every time you finish using the computer.
If you are using TADA 360 to exchange the items online through redeem.usetada.com site or other sites listed on your TADA360 holder, then you are entitled to choose items that are available there. Please note that items that you exchanged at tada.id or other sites listed on TADA360 holder has the terms and conditions set by the issuing party. For example, Zalora’s terms and conditions states that you cannot combine two or more of Zalora’s e-voucher for one transaction. You need to know the terms and conditions of the item you want to redeem before purchase. If you redeem items without knowing the terms and conditions set by the issuing party, you agree to release us from any claims, lawsuits, damages, and other forms of compensation due to losses that you may encounter.
If you have a complaint, immediately convey your complaint to us no later than 2 x 24 hours after you receive the item. We will conduct an investigation to verify your complaint. If it is proven that your complaint is caused by our faulty, then we are willing to fulfill our responsibility—including but not limited to providing replacement item to you—on condition that the item you received (the item you are complaining about) returned to us.
